Living in Biological Harmony is an educational approach rooted in Germanic New Medicine, a system that explains illness, symptoms, and emotional stress through precise biological laws. Rather than seeing the body as broken, this work reveals how every symptom is a meaningful adaptation to a specific life experience.
When we understand why the body is responding, fear softens.
When fear softens, healing can unfold naturally.
This section reassures the brain: “I am safe here.”
How We Got Started
Myself and Julie are both passionate educators of Germanic Healing Knowledge guiding others to understand the biological and emotional roots of symptoms. We both came to this work through our own awakening to the body’s innate intelligence, shifting from the fear of symptoms to honoring them as meaningful biological programs. Together we blend science, lived experiences and compassionate guidance in helping individuals resolve conflicts, restore balance and live in alignment with their biological natures.

As a teenager and young woman, I traveled through many corners of the world—particularly in third‑world countries across the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean Islands, as well as Europe, France, and the UK. I absorbed not only the colors and rhythms of these cultures but also their lifestyles, their food traditions, and the subtle differences in how men and women live, love, and contribute to their families and communities.
Yet amid the richness of these experiences, my own health began to falter. I faced years of memory loss, poor concentration, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, sinus and dental problems, hair loss, and severe digestive issues. Searching for answers led me deeper into nutrition, energy medicine, and the wisdom of traditional systems. In my early twenties, I discovered the nutritional teachings of Weston A. Price and the visionary agricultural philosophies of Rudolf Steiner. My health improved steadily when we moved to a 350‑acre farm in the Dominican Republic.

The fresh air, the physical labor, and the rhythm of nature worked a quiet miracle in my body—, and I witnessed my husband and two young sons grow strong, confident, and naturally masculine through daily farm tasks: building, planting, harvesting, and caring for animals.
Craving deeper understanding, I immersed myself in further studies: GAPS Coaching, Evette Rose’s Healing Course, Bionetic Naturopathic Counseling, Germanic New Medicine/GHK, and recently my Associate Practitioner certification in Biogeometry for home and land harmonizing. Through these teachings, I came to see clearly that true health is more than lifestyle and nutrition—it is deeply intertwined with our emotions, our unresolved traumas, and the biological laws that govern how men and women respond differently to life’s shocks and conflicts.

One day I was listening to a podcast and heard about this German physician named Dr. R. Geerd Hamer MD, who developed testicular cancer suddenly after his son was accidentally shot and killed. It was this very tragic event that led Dr Hamer through almost 40 years of scientific research. He concluded that what we call "disease" is in fact our brilliant bodies adapting to conflict. If in fact, according to Dr Hamer, the body does not do anything malignant or diseased, how is it possible that I have had a diagnosis of Celiac disease for over 30 years? This, I had to explore!
Once I understood that I was running a meaningful biological program triggered by an emotional conflict (tragic death of my brother), I had my big "aha" moment. GNM/GHk suggests that gluten intolerance is linked to a "morsel conflict", which involves a difficulty in digesting, accepting or processing a literal morsel (food, situation, or experience). My symptoms started immediately after the tragic news of my brother and I recall being obsessed with fettuccine alfredo at that time.

The conflict shock started my Special Biological Program and gluten became a reminder or "track" to my brother's loss and my starvation for his love after he passed. Dr Hamer's discoveries of the brain, psyche, organ connection helped me resolve my Celiac symptoms, and I said goodbye to this label I subscribed to for over 30 years!
I immediately enrolled with Andi Locke Mears who teaches Germanische Heilkunde for Professionals. It is an honour to work alongside Andi as part of her CareTeam.
